Vengara Nambradath Tharavadu Devasthanam temple is located at Vengara near Madayi in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Puthiya Bhagavathi, Vayanattu Kulavan and other deities. The theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Makara Masam – Makaram 28 and Makaram 29 (February 11 and February 12).

theyyam and Puthiya Bhagavathi theyyam.
This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil – square
sanctum sanctorum. Some deities are worshipped on square platforms and under
trees. The roof and walls of the main shrine are decorated with traditional
temple motifs. Sankranti in every month is of great significance.
