Azhikode Kuttichi Tharavadu Devasthanam temple is located at Azhikode in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Chamundi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Meena Masam – Meenam 19 to Meenam 20 (April 1 – April 2).

This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil – square
sanctum sanctorum. Some deities are worshipped on square platforms and under
trees. Sankranti in every month is of great significance. This is a small
temple maintained by a family.
