Rayaramangalam Vadakken Vathil Sree Veethukunnu Vishnumurthy Temple – Kaliyattam Theyyam Thira Festival
Rayaramangalam Vadakken Vathil Sree Veethukunnu Vishnumurthy temple is located at Rayaramangalam near Pilicode in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Vishnumoorthi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Thula Masam – Thulam 21 to Thulam 22 (November 7 to November 8).

Vathil Sree Veethukunnu Vishnumurthy temple are Thee Chamundi or Ottakolam, Raktha
Chamundi theyyam and Angakulangara Bhagavathi theyyam.
This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil for the main deity. The roof of the shrine is traditionally decorated. There are other smaller sreekovils and raised platforms for other deities. Certain deities are worshipped under trees. Sankranti in a Malayalam month is of great importance.
- രയരമംഗലം ഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്‍റെ വടക്ക് ഭാഗത്ത് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന വടക്കേം വാതില്‍ വിഷ്ണു മൂര്‍ത്തിക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ വര്‍ഷം തോറും നടത്തിവരുന്നത് ഒറ്റക്കോല മഹോത്സവമാണ്.
- തുലാം ഇരുപത്തിയൊന്നിന് ആരംഭിച്ച് ഇരുപത്തിരണ്ടിന് ഇവിടുത്തെ ഒറ്റക്കോല മഹോത്സവം സമാപിക്കും.
- ഇരുപത്തിയൊന്നിന് സന്ധ്യയ്ക്ക് പിലിക്കോട് ശ്രീ രയരമംഗലം ഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് ദീപവും തിരിയുംകൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതോടുകൂടി ഉത്സവത്തിന് തുടക്കമാകുന്നു.
- വിഷുമൂര്‍ത്തിക്ക് അഗ്നി പ്രവേശം ചെയ്യുവാനുള്ള “മേലേരി”ക്ക് തീകൊളുത്തല്‍ അന്ന് രാത്രിയിലെ പ്രധാന ചടങ്ങുകളില്‍ ഒന്നാണ്.
- ഇരുപത്തി രണ്ടിന് കാലത്താണ് വിഷ്ണുമൂര്‍ത്തിയുടെ അഗ്നിപ്രവേശം. തുടര്‍ന്ന് വിഷ്ണു മൂര്‍ത്തി ത്കുന്നിലേക്ക്യാത്രയാകും.ഇവിടെ നിന്നുമാണ് വിഷ്ണുമൂര്‍ത്തി ഭക്തര്‍ക്ക് അനുഗ്രഹം ചൊരിയുക.
- രക്തചാമുണ്ഡി, അങ്കക്കുളങ്ങര ഭഗവതി എന്നീ തെയ്യങ്ങളും ഇവിടെ കെട്ടിയാടുന്നു.
