Kunhimangalam Malliyottu Puthiyapurayil Kalari Devasthanam temple is located at Malliyottu near Kunhimangalam in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Chamundi and Vishnumoorthi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Vrischika Masam – Vrischikam 18 to Vrischikam 20 (December 4 to December 6).

The important theyyams that can be witnessed Kunhimangalam Malliyottu Puthiyapurayil Kalari Devasthanam temple are Vishnumoorthi theyyam, Thurakarathi theyyam, Kurathi theyyam, Kundor Chamundi theyyam, Madayil Chamundi theyyam, Gulikan theyyam and Brahmanjeri Bhagavathy theyyam.

The temple has a chathura sreekovil (square sanctum sanctorum) for the main deity. Some deities are worshipped atop small square platforms and under trees. The temple performs special pujas and rituals on Sankranti day.
