Elayavoor Sree Pullivettakorumakan temple (Puthiya Kottam Kshetram) is located at Elayavoor South in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Pulli Vettaikkorumakan and other related deities. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for three days in Malayalam Makara Masam – Makaram 5 to Makaram 7 (January 19 to Jan 21).

The temple has a small chathura sreekovil with a traditionally decorated roof. Other deities are worshipped on smaller sanctums and on raised for square platforms. Some deities are given a place under trees. Sankranti in every month is of significance and many important rituals are performed on the day. Vishu on Medam 1 is an important festival here.
