Nhandati Sree Muthappan Madappura Devasthanam Sasthappan Kottam temple is located at Muringodi, Peravoor in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Muthappan and Sasthappan. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 20 and Kumbham 21 (March 4 and March 5).

This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil – square sanctum sanctorum. There are other chathura sreekovils for other deities. Some deities are worshiped atop square platforms. Some deities are offered prayers under trees. Sankranti is an important day in a Malayalam Masam.
