Nadakkavu Kovval Mundya Devasthanam temple is located on Kappil Road, Vadakkumbad, North Thrikkaripur in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Paradevatha and other related deities that are worshipped in kavu, tharavadu and sacred places in the region. The theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 6 and Kumbham 7 (February 18 and February 19).

Kovval Mundya Devasthanam temple are Angakkulangara Bhagavathy, Rakta Chamundi,
Gulikan, Vishnumoorthi.
The temple has square sanctum sanctorum – chathura sreekovil
– for the main deity. Some deities are worshipped under trees and atop square
platforms. There are smaller sreekovils for other deities. Sankranti in every
month is of great importance here.

ക്ഷേത്രപാലകന്റെ തിരുനടയില്നിന്നാരംഭിക്കും.19-ന് രാവിലെ 10 മണിമുതല്
വിഷ്ണുമൂര്ത്തി, അങ്കക്കുളങ്ങര
ഭഗവതി, രക്തചാമുണ്ഡി, ഗുളികന് എന്നീ തെയ്യങ്ങള്. ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരുമണിമുതല് അന്നദാനം.
