Pattuvam Neelankol Tharavadu Devasthanam Temple is located on the Pattuvam Kavinmunambu Road at Velichangool, Pattuvam, Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to various deities that are worshipped in Kavu and tharavadu in North Kerala. The temple consists of a Chatura sreekovil, other similar smaller shrines, and square platforms. The annual theyyam kaliyattam thira festival is held for two days in Malayalam Makara Masam (January 30 and January 31) – Makaram 16 and Makaram 17.
The important theyyams that are held in the shrine are Gulikan theyyam, Kandanar Kelan theyyam, Kudiveeran theyyam and Vayanattu Kulavan theyyam.
