Kulappuram Mandyan Tharavadu Devasthanan temple is located at Kulappuram near Pilathara – Vilayancode – Pariyaram in Kannur district, Kerala. This is a small shrine which is managed by a family. The annual theyyam kaliyattam festival is held for three days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam (Kumbham 23 to Kumbham 25) – March 7 to March 9.

The important theyyams that are performed at Kulappuram Mandyan Tharavadu Devasthanam temple are Gulikan theyyam, Vishnumoorthi theyyam, Raktha Chamundi theyyam, Puthiya Bhagavathi theyyam and Thai Paradevatha theyyam.
