Kotthala Gulikan Devasthanam temple is located at Kothala near Karivellur – Peralam in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Gulikan or Gulikaraja. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for a day in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbha 26 (March 10).
