Chembilode Thachukunnummal Mahadevi temple is located at Chembilode in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi or Devi and to other various deities that are worshipped in sacred places in the region. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival at Chembilode Thachukunnummal Mahadevi temple is held for three days in Meena Masam – Meenam 2 to Meenam 4 (March 16 to March 18).
The shrine here is a small chathura sreekovil – square sanctum sanctorum with a traditionally decorated roof. The other deities are worshipped under trees and on uncovered raised square platforms.
