Thundikkoth Bhagavathy theyyam is rare Mother Goddess Bhagavathy theyyam performed during the annual theyyam kaliyattam thira festival in Kannur and Kasaragod regions of Kerala. As per information, this is a ferocious form of Goddess Devi. Thundikkoth Bhagavathy theyyam story is that of her making her presence felt in a prominent tharavadu. The elderly member of the tharavadu gives her a place of worship. She is honored with various rituals and pujas. The ferocious form takes a benign form and blesses the people the home.
