Mambaram Chirathodi Vazhavalappil Madappura temple is located at Mambaram in Kannur, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to a host of deities that are worshipped in the tharavadu and kavu in the region. The annual kaliyattam theyyam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Thula masam (Thulam 14 to Thulam 15) – October 31 and November 1).
The important theyyams that are part of the annual theyyam – kaliyattam festival are Karnavar theyyam, Manathana Pothi theyyam, Muthappan theyyam, Thekkan Gulikan theyyam, and Thiruvappana theyyam.
The temple has a square sanctum (chathura sreekovil). Other deities are worshipped on square platforms and smaller sanctum.
