Thalayazham Madappallil Sree Krishna temple is located at Thalayazham in Kottayam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Bhagavan Sree Krishna Swamy. The annual Ashtami Rohini festival (Sri Krishna Jayanti) in Malayalam Chingamasam is an important day in the temple.
The temple has a vatta sreekovil. There are no other major structures.
The shrine observes Vishu, Ramayana Masam, Ekadashi on every fortnight and other important Vaishnava days in a calendar year. Thrikarthika is observed with the lighting of lamps.
