Pathaikkara Ayyappa temple, also known as Sree Ayyappan Kavu and Korakulathu Ayyappankavu, is located at Pathaikkara near Perinthalmanna in Malappuram district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Ayyappa. The annual Vrischika Masam – Mandala Kalam (41 days) is of great importance in the temple.
There are no major structures here except
for the chathura sreekovil.
The temple observes various rituals in a
Hindu calendar including Vishu and Ramayana Masam.
Swathi nakshatra in a month and Saturday are of significance in the shrine.
