Kottilakkal Ganapathi temple is located near Koodalmanikyam temple near Irinjalakuda in Thrissur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Ganesha. The annual pratishta festival in the temple is held in Malayalam Mithuna Masam (June - July).
The temple has a chathura sreekovil and it faces east. Ganapathi is worshipped here in sitting posture.
The annual Vinayaka Chathurthi festival held in Malayalam Chingamasam is of great importance in the temple.
