Paravur Kottapuram Madan Nada temple is located at Kottapuram in Paravur in Kollam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Mahadeva or Shiva. The annual festival at Kottapuram Madannada temple is held in Malayalam Meda Masam (April – May).
This is a small temple with no major structures other than a chathura sreekovil. There are shrines of upa devatas.
The annual festival in the temple is famous for Shiva pujas based on rural beliefs, melam, ezhunnallathu and dhara.
The shrine also observes Shivratri and other important days associated with Shiva including Pradosham.
