Veliyam Padijantinkara Chevarukavu Mahadeva temple is located at Veliyam in Kollam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Shiva or Mahadevar. The annual festival in the temple is held in Malayalam Meda Masam and is known as Meda Thiruvathira.
This is a small temple with a east facing chathura sreekovil and namaskara mandapam.
The temple observes the annual festival with tantric pujas and rituals including homam, dhara and kalasam. Ezhunnallathu and melam is part of the festival.
The shrine also observes Shivratri and fortnightly Pradosham fasting.
