Puthenkulam Vayalil Shiva temple is located at Malayankulam – Puthenkulam near Paravur in Kollam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Shiva – Mahadeva. The annual festival in the temple is held in Meena Masam.
This is a small Shiva temple. The chathura sreekovil has a Shivling. There are shrines of upa devatas.
