Pallarimangalam Shiva temple is located at Pallarimangalam near Adivad in Ernakulam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Mahadeva – Shiva and Vishnu Bhagavan. The annual festival in the temple is held on Thiruvathira nakshatra day in Kumbha Masam.
The upa devatas worshipped in the temple are Vishnu, Ganapati, Ayyappa or Sastha, Goddess Bhagavathy and Nagas (Nagaraja and Nagayakshi).
The temple has a two-tier square sanctum sanctorum – chathura sreekovil, chuttambalam, namaskara mandapam and pond.
The shrine also observes Shivratri, Vishu, Vinayaka Chaturthi in Chinga Masam, Thiruvonam and Thrikarthika festival.
