Nendoor Kairathapuram Mahadevar temple is located at Neendoor in Kottayam district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Shiva – Mahadeva. The annual Maha Shivratri festival (February – March) is an important festival at the shrine.
This is small shrine dedicated to Shiva. A Shivling is worshipped in the sanctum sanctorum – chathura sreekovil.
The annual festival in the temple is famous as Neendoor Shivaratri. Ezhunnallathu, caparisoned elephant and melam are part of the festival. The shrine also observes Thiruvathira in Dhanu masam and Mandalakalam in Vrischika masam.
