Perayam Neelimala Bhagavathy temple is located at Perayam near Nedumangad in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi and the sankalpam here is that of Goddess Vaishno Devi. The annual festival in the temple is held on Makayiram nakshatra in Makaram month.
This is a very small shrine located atop a mount. It has got a newly constructed square sreekovil made of concrete. The murti worshipped in the temple is very old and might have had a different sreekovil during ancient times or was worshipped in the open.
The annual festival is noted for caparisoned elephant, pujas and rituals.
The shrine also observes Navratri.
