Melattumoozhy Vishnu Sastha temple is located at Melattumoozhy – Karimkuttikkara near Vamanapuram in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Bhagavan Vishnu and Ayyappa or Sastha. The annual festival in the temple is held on Uthram nakshatra in Kumbha Masam and is known as Uthira utsavam.
The shrine is located on the banks of a river. Vishnu has a vatta sreekovil and Sastha has a chathura sreekovil. Both the deities face east.
The annual festival is noted for colorful decoration, melam and temple art forms. Unique pujas and rituals are held on the occasion.
The temple observes Ramayana Masam and Mandala Makaravilakku kalam.
