Kollampuzha Moorthi temple is a unique shrine located at Kollampuzha near Attingal in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Shiva and Devi. The temple is open only on Tuesdays and Fridays.

(sarpam), Ganapathy and numerous nature related deities are worshipped in the shrine.
The annual festival in the temple is held in March.
