Champakulam Thevalakkad Ganapathi temple is located at Thevalakkad near Champakulam in Alappuzha district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Ganesha. This is a small shrine located amidst beautiful surroundings. The annual Pratishta festival in the temple is held in Makaram month.
The temple has a square sanctum sanctorum with a sitting murti of Ganapathy. There are a couple of upadevata shrines inside the small temple complex.
The annual festival in the temple is held in February.
The shrine also observes Vinayaka Chaturthi in Chingam month.
