Azhinjilam Ariyil Shiva temple is located at Azhinjilam near Ramanattukara in Kozhikode district, Kerala. This an ancient shrine dedicated to Shiva. The Mahashivratri festival in the temple is held for three days and it is the annual festival in the temple.
The annual festival is famous for pujas and rituals. Thayambaka and melam are part of the festivities.
The shrine also observes Ramayana Masam, Thrikarthika and Thiruvathira in Dhanu Masam.
The shrine has numerous dilapidated structure around. There is also a temple pond.
Mondays and Pradosham Vratam days are important in the temple.
