Azhchavattam Kapaleshwara temple is located at Azhchavattam Mankavu in Kozhikode, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Shiva. Maha Shivratri in Kumbha Masam (February – March) is another important festival in the temple.
The sankalpam of Shiva here is that of Kapaleeshwara.
The Shivling is worshipped in a chathura sreekovil with a chuttambalam and namaskara mandapam. There are separate shrines for upa devata including Ganapathy.
The shrine also observes Ramayana Masam, Thrikarthika and Thiruvathira in Dhanu Masam.
Pradosham and Mondays are of great significance in the temple.
