Viyyur Manalarkavu Devi temple is located at Viyyur in Thrissur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi.
The upa devatas or subsidiary deities
worshiped in the temple are Ayyappa, Muruga, Rakshas and Nagaraja.
An ancient tree in the temple
is a unique feature.
The shrine is noted for Kavadi
festival during Thaipooyam. The temple is famous for Pulikali held on the fourth
day of onam festival.
The temple has got an
annapanthal and pond with large number of fishes.
The annual kalamezhuthu pattu is held in Makaram month. The Vela festival is held in Kumbha Masam.
