Chempanacode Hanuman Temple - Festival

Chempanacode Hanuman temple is located at Keezharoor Road near Kattakkada in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. The small shrine is dedicated to Hanuman and the shrine is popularly known as Chempanacode Hanumar Swamy temple.

The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple include Nagam or Sarpam and Maha Ganapathi.

The annual festival in the temple is held in Makaram month. Other important festival dates in the temple are Sri Rama Navami and Hanuman Jayanti. Vinayaka Chaturthi in Chingam Masam, Ayilyam nakshatra and Thrikarthika are the other important festivals.

The temple has a square sanctum sanctorum.
