Edathrakovil Sree Krishna temple is located at Venganellur in Thrissur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Sri Krishna Bhagavan and the darshanam of the deity is towards east. There is a huge pond near the temple.
The Upa Devata worshipped in the temple is Ganapathi. The darshanam of Ganapathi is towards south.
Only a single puja is performed in a day.
There is a huge pond in the shape of feet on the southwest side of the temple. The pond is known as Chandra Pushkarani and spread over 4 acres and 19 cents. A specialty of the pond is that a person can only see three corners when viewed from any point on the pond.
As per some belief, the pond must be of nearby Venganellur Shiva temple.
