Thiruvarchanamkunnu temple, also known as Puramalasserikkavu, is located atop a hill around 4 km from Oorakam Puthen Peedikayil on the Malappuram – Vengara road in Malappuram district, Kerala.
The temple is one among the 108 Ayyappa temples in Kerala. The temple is known as Puramalasserikkavu in Thottam pattu, which narrates the 108 Ayyappa temples in Kerala.
The main deities worshipped in the temple are Ayyappa and Shankaranarayana. Both the deities have separate sanctum sanctorum (sreekovil). The darshanam of the shrine is towards west.
There is only one puja in a year and this is on Thiruvonam nakshatram in Thulam month.
