Karikode Mahavishnu temple is located at Mulanthuruthy in Ernakulam district, Kerala. The main deities worshipped in the temple are Vishnu Bhagavan and Sastha. Both the deities face east.
The annual festival is held in the temple is held in such a manner that it ends on the Mahashivratri day in Kumbham month. The kodiyettam or flag hoisting for both the deities are held at the same time.
