Karimpuzha Sree Ramaswamy Temple - Gods Worshipped - Festival

Karimpuzha Sree Ramaswamy temple is located on the Ottappalam – Mannarkkad road near Sreekrishnapuram in Palakkad district, Kerala. The 8-day annual festival in the temple begins on Punartham Nakshatra with kodiyettam in Kumbham month.

During the annual festival Ayyappan Thiyattam and Kalampattu are organized.

The murti of Sree Rama worshipped in the temple is with four hands. The murti faces west.

The upa devatas in the temple are Ganapathy, Bhagavathi, Hanuman and Shiva. Ayyappa along with Purna and Pushkala is worshipped in the northwest corner of the temple complex in the form of three shilas. There is another Ayyappa shrine in the west side (chamravattam) outside the temple complex. This shrine does not have a roof.
