  • Vegetables or bhajas that make up the bogh are bugun (brinjal), aloo, or fulkopi (cauliflower), along with mixed vegetable dishes like labra (wet) and chyachra (dry).
  • There is a sweet and sour chutney.
  • Payesh (kheer) and mishti doi (sweet yogurt) complete the bhog.
