- Brahma – Somnath Temple
- Maya – Mallikarjun Temple
- Jeev –Mahakal Temple
- Mann (mind) – Omkareshwar
- Budhi – Kedareshwar
- Chitta – Bhimashankar
- Ahamkar – Kashi
- Akash – Trimbakeshwar
- Vayu – Baidyanath Dham
- Agni – Nageshwar Temple
- Jal – Rameshwaram Temple
- Prithvi – Grishneshwar
