Narsingh Yatra at Julewadi is observed in Chaitra Month. It
is the annual jatra, fair and festival observed at Narsingh Temple at Julewadi
in Tasgaon Taluka of Sangli District, Maharashtra. Narsingh Yatra 2025 date at
Banawadi is April 10.
For the annual festival, the shrine is decorated with lamps,
lights, flowers, leaves and sugarcane for the occasion.
The festival and fair attracts hundreds of devotees to the Narsingh
Mandir.
Unique rituals and pujas are organized on the occasion. Food
donation and cultural activities too are part of the yatra.
Narsingh Yatra at Julewadi is observed on Chaitra Shukla
Paksha Trayodashi Tithi or the 13th day during the waxing phase of moon in
Chaitra month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra.
