Mahaskobanath Yatra at Gopalwadi is observed in Chaitra
Month. It is the annual jatra, fair and festival observed at Mhaskoba Nath Temple
at Gopalwadi in Daund Taluka of Pune District, Maharashtra. Mhaskoba Nath Yatra
2025 date at Gopalwadi is April 6.
For the annual festival, the shrine is decorated with lamps,
lights, flowers, leaves and sugarcane for the occasion.
The festival and fair attracts hundreds of devotees to the Mhaskoba Nath
Mandir.
Unique rituals and pujas are organized on the occasion. Food
donation and cultural activities too are part of the yatra.
Mahaskobanath Yatra at Gopalwadi is observed on Chaitra
Shukla Paksha Navami Tithi or the ninth day during the waxing phase of moon in
Chaitra month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra.
