Hindi Mantra for Good Health

Below is a prayer in Hindi language for good health. It can be chanted for protection from diseases and ill health. The mantra should be chanted continuously for 40 days to be effective. The number of times it is chanted can be decided by the person. It is ideal to chant the mantra in the morning. During the chanting you mind should not wander around.

We Meditate on the Three-eyed one (Lord Shiva)
Who permeates and nourishes all like a fragrance.
May He liberate us from the bondage of worldly attachments and the cycle of birth and death,
Just as a ripe cucumber is released from its stem.
May He grant us the nectar of immortality.

Chanting Guidelines

  1. Purity of Mind and Body: Cleanse yourself and wear clean clothes.
  2. Quiet and Clean Environment: Find a peaceful and clean place to sit.
  3. Positive Intention: Sit with a calm and focused mind, with positive intentions.
  4. Repetition: The mantra can be chanted 108 times using a mala (rosary) for best results.

This mantra is considered highly effective for maintaining and restoring health, bringing peace, and offering protection.
