Padmalaya Ganapati Temple
is located at Erandol near Jalgaon in Maharashtra.
Among the two and a half Shree Ganapati Peeths in India, it is the half peetha. Padmalaya Temple is around 5 km from Erandol. The
temple is also known as Prabhakshetra. Padmalaya Temple Erandol is around 28 km
west of Jalgaon on National Highway 6.

atop a hill and there are numerous small shrines around the main sanctum
sanctorum.
The murti worshipped in the temple is Swayambhu – which
appeared on its own. One murti has its trunk curving to the right. The next
murti has its trunk curving to the left.
Padukas of Shree Govind Maharaj, a great saint in the Bhakti
tradition in
Maharashtra, is located in front
of the temple.
A huge bell located in the temple is a major attraction.
