Telugu Ashada Month 2019 – Ashad Masa 2019 in Telugu Calendar in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

Ashada Masam is the fourth month in a traditional Hindu Telugu calendar followed in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Telugu Ashada Masa 2019 is from July 3 to August 1, 2019.  Some of the auspicious days of the month include Guru Purnima, the beginning of Chaturmas Vrat and Shayani Ekadasi.

Ashada Masam Telugu calendar 2019 Shukla Paksha (Waxing phase of moon) is from July 3 to July 16, 2019.
Telugu Ashada Masam 2019 Krishna Paksha (Waning phase of moon) is from July 17 to August 1, 2019.

Devshayani Ekadasi – July 12
Kamika Ekadasi – July 28

Purnima in Telugu Ashada Masam
  • Ashada Purnima or Full moon day is on July 16, 2019. 
  • The Purnima Vrat is marked on July 16.
  • The Purnima begins at 2:02 PM on June 16 to 2:01 PM on June 17. 
  • Vyasa and Guru Purnima Vrat are observed on July 16.
Amavasya in Telugu Ashada Masam
Ashada Amavasya or No moon day is on August 1, 2019.
The Amavasi begins at 10:43 AM on July 31 to 8:39 AM on August 1.

The dates of important festivals and auspicious days in Telugu Ashada Masam are:
Chaturmas Vrat begins – July 13
Gopadma Vrata begins – July 13
Chukkala Amavasya and Gauri Vratam –  August 1
