Merali Vayal Thachan Tharavadu Devasthanam temple is located at Merali Vayal – Velapuram in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Pulimarinja Thondachan. The annual theyam thira kaliyattam festival is organized in the temple for three days in Malayalam Meena Masam – Meenam 17 to Meenam 19 (March 31 to April 2).
