Pandurang Yatra at Sankhali is annually observed in Ashada
month. It is the annual fair and festival at the Pandurang Temple at Sankhali
or Sanquelim in Goa. Sankhali
Pandurang Yatra 2026 date is July 25.
Shri Pandurang mandir, dedicated to Shri Vithal, is located
on the banks of Valvantha River and was built during the 14th Century.
The Pandurang Yatra coincides with the famous Pandharpur
Yatra in Maharashtra. The annually festival involves carrying of the Palkhi.
Pandurang Yatra at Sankhali in Goa is annually observed on
Ashada shukla paksha ekadasi tithi or the eleventh day during the waxing phase
of moon in Ashada month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar followed in Goa.
