On the Day of Sashti

    • Types of Fasting:
      • Complete fast (water only) or Nirjala (no food or water).
      • Partial fast (consuming fruits, milk, and light vegetarian food).
      • Avoid cooked food with salt, tamarind, and heavy spices.
