The temple organizes a huge procession with caparisoned elephants on the Arattu day. The arattu procession ends at Sasthamangalam Mahadevar Temple.

Sri Krishna jayanti in Chinga Masam is another important festival here.

The annual prathishta festival of Goddess Bhadra devi in the temple is held in Malayalam Mithuna Masam (June - July). On the same day Pongala festival is held here.
