  • Chant "Om Namo Narayanaya" or "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya" mantra as many times as you can.
  • Donate banana or other yellow color fruits.
  • Planting fruit trees or plantain (banana tree) is highly beneficial.
  • Feed cow with rotis spread with pure ghee.
