Brahma Nadi In Yoga

Brahma Nadi is the spinal channel as per Yoga. There are 72,000 such nadis present in the human body. Out of them, 14 nadis are said to be more important. The most important nadi is called Sushumna. Maihar Devi Temple – Satna Maihar Temple

Maihar Devi Temple is located atop Trikut mountain at Maihar in Satna. The deity worshipped in temple is known as Maihar Devi or Maa Sarada Devi. The shrine is also known as Ma Sarada Devi Mandir. The temple is located about 5 km from Maihar railway station. Legend has it that when Shiva was carrying the body of Sati around the world and Vishnu used his Sudarshana Chakra to cut the body of Sati, the right breast of Goddess Sati fell at Maihar. Koodali Kavu Temple In Kannur – Daivathar Temple

Koodali Kavu temple is located on the Kannur – Mattannur road at Koodali in Kannur district, Kerala. The main murti worshipped in the temple is Daivathar. The main murti is also believed to have Shivamsham and some consider it to be Kirathamoorthy. The main deity faces west and there are no Upa Devatas. Koodapuzha Sastha Temple Near Chalakudy

Koodapuzha Sastha temple is located at Kudapuzha near Chalakudy in Thrissur district, Kerala. The temple is one among the 108 Ayyappa temples in Kerala. It is believed that Makaram Pallikavu mentioned in Thottam Pattu is the Koodapuzha Sree Dharma Sastha temple. The annual festival in the temple begins in Dhanu Masam (December - January). He holds Ratnakalasham and faces west. There is a big pond in front of the temple. Sree Chakra is worshipped in the temple. The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple are Shivan, Ganapathi, Durga and Bhadrakali. It is believed that the murti worshipped in the temple was intended to be consecrated in the famous Arattupuzha temple. But due to some reason the vigraham was consecrated here.

Kumbapilly Bhagavathi Temple – History - Festival

Kumbapilly Bhagavathi temple is located north of Thiruvaniyoor Kumbapilly bus stop on the Ernakulam – Piravom road in Ernakulam district, Kerala. The 7-day annual festival in the temple is held in such a manner that it ends on Pooram nakshatra day in Meenam month. The festival ends with Guruthi. There are two temples located here one is the Kumbapilly Bhagavathi temple and the other is the Tuluva Kulangara Sri Krishna temple. The Bhagavathi worshipped in the temple is of swayambhu sankalpam. Both temples face east. Kumbapilly Bhagavathi is believed to have an association with the Kodungallur Bhagavathi. The temple belonged to Periyal   Mana. Now the temple is maintained by Kokkapilli karayogam.

Kuttoor Sastha Temple In Vamanapuram – Festival

Kuttoor Sastha Temple is located at Kuttoor in Vamanapuram in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. The 8-day annual festival ends on Uthram nakshatra day in Meenam month with Arattu. The festival is also known as Kuttoor pooram. On the Pallivetta day in the temple, when caparisoned elephant arrives with the Thidambu on the other bank of lake, Kaniyan offers olakkuda and eetta (a type of bamboo) to Sastha. It is believed that the temple got its other name name of Koladikavu from this ritual. Kuttumukku Mahadeva Temple is located around 5 km northeast of Thrissur town in Kerala. The main festival in the temple is held in Kumbham month. The 10-day festival is held in such a manner that it ends on Thiruvathira nakshatra day in Kumbham month. The festival ends with Arattu on February 20, 2024. Kuruvakkavu Ayyappa temple is located Eranhikkal in Karanthur In Kozhikode district, Kerala. The temple is near the Ambalpady bus stop on Kozhikode – Atholi road. Vaital Temple At Bhubaneswar In Odisha – Tantric Temple

Vaital Temple is an 8th century AD shrine located around a kilometer northwest of the world famous Lingaraj Temple at Bhubaneswar in Odisha. A tantric temple, it is dedicated to Goddess Chamunda. The shrine is noted for its erotic sculptures and is also a classic example of Kalinga architecture.
