Ujjain Mahakaleshwar Temple Shivling is Eroding

Shivling worshipped at the famous Ujjain Mahakaleshwar Temple  is one of the Jyotirlingas and is known to be the Shivling that energizes itself. Now the Mahakaleshwar temple administration has raised the issue of the erosion of the Ujjain Mahakaleshwar Shivling worshipped in the main sanctum sanctorum. The shiving at the temple has been eroding for over a decade but no concrete action was taken. Sugar, ghee, milk, curd and water are poured on the Shivling daily. But all these are adulterated.
