Panniyankara Kizhakkemurungath Bhagavathi Temple – Festival

Panniyankara Kizhakkemurungath Bhagavathi temple is located at Panniyankara in Kozhikode, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi. The annual Thalappoli festival in the temple is held on Thiruvathira nakshatra day in Kumbha Masam. This is an ancient temple and murti of Goddess Bhagavathy is worshipped in a Chathura sreekovil. There are shrines of upa devatas. The annual festival is noted for various Bhagavathi temple rituals and pujas. Devotional performances and other temple arts are performed on the occasion. The annual Pongala festival is held at night.

Puthoor Cheriyil Devi Temple – Festival

Puthoor Cherumangad Cheriyil Devi temple is located at Puthoor in Kollam district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi or Devi. Pookkattiyoor Mahadeva Temple is located at Pookkattiri in Malappuram district, Kerala. This is a beautiful temple with wonderful architecture. The shrine is dedicated to Shiva – Mahadevar. Pallarimangalam Shiva Temple – Festival

Pallarimangalam Shiva temple is located at Pallarimangalam near Adivad in Ernakulam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Mahadeva – Shiva and Vishnu Bhagavan. The annual festival in the temple is held on Thiruvathira nakshatra day in Kumbha Masam. The upa devatas worshipped in the temple are Vishnu, Ganapati, Ayyappa or Sastha, Goddess Bhagavathy and Nagas (Nagaraja and Nagayakshi). The temple has a two-tier square sanctum sanctorum – chathura sreekovil, chuttambalam, namaskara mandapam and pond. Chathakudam Dharma Sastha Temple – Thiruvathira Festival

Chathakudam Dharma Sastha temple is located at Chathakudam near Vallachira, in Thrissur district. The temple is believed to be more 2300 years old. The annual Thiruvathira festival is known as Chathakudam Sastha's Thiruvathira Purappadu. The temple has a Gajaprista Sreekovil. Chuttambalam, Namaskara Mandapams,   Vilakku Madathara, Aanappallamathil and east and west Maha Gopurams are part of the festival. Chathakudam pooram is one of the famous poorams in Peruvanam and Arattupuzha pooram. Bhoothakulam Dharma Sastha Temple – Festival

Bhoothakulam Dharma Sastha temple is located at Boothakulam (Poothakulam) on Parippally - Paravur road in Kollam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Dharmasastha (Ayyappa). The 8-day annual festival in the temple concludes with arattu on Uthram nakshatra day in Meena masam. The temple has a chathura sreekovil with a Sastha Vigraham in sitting posture. Thiruvanchoor Narimattom Devi Temple – Festival

Thiruvanchoor Narimattom Devi temple, also known as Narimattom Bhagavathy temple, is located at Narimattom in Thiruvanchoor, Kottayam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy or Devi. The 8-day annual festival in the temple is held in Meena Masam (March - April). The bimbham of Bhagavathy is worshipped in a chathura sreekovil. Mundamuka Kuttichathan Kavu is located at Mundaya near Shoranur in Palakkad district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Kuttichathan and Goddess Bhadrakali.
