Thimiri Kottumoola Kuttamath Chamundeswari temple is located at Thimiri near Cheruvathur in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for four days in Malayalam Makara Masam – Makaram 13 to Makaram 16 (January 27 to January 30).
The temple has a traditionally decorated chathura sreekovil –
square sanctum sanctorum. The are other smaller sreekovils for minor deities. Some
important deities are worshipped atop square platforms and under trees.
Sankranti in every month is of great importance.

theyyam, Bali theyyam, Madayil Chamundi theyyam, Pottan theyyam, Raktha
