Holi is a festival that is largely ignored in the southern parts of India . But some Hindu communities in some regions observe Holi here too but slightly differently. Holika Dahan is the lighting of fire at night during Holi. Ghatotkacha was the son of Pandava Bhima and his wife Hidimbi. Hidimbi, a Rakshasi, had magical powers.
